Jordi Diaz is a distinguished academic, business consultant, and a recognised innovator in business school management. Since August 2020, he is the Dean & Director General of EADA Business School.

Doctorate of Business Administration from École des Ponts Paris Tech. Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from EADA. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Wales. Graduate of the Authentic Leadership Development and Disruptive Strategy programmes at Harvard Business School.

He started his professional career at Ritz-Carlton. In 2002 he joined EADA as Director of International Programmes and until August 2020 he was Director of International Programmes and Relations and member of the Executive Committee of EADA. During the period 2008-2012 he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Executive MBA Council (USA) and its President for the period 2010-2011. From 2014 to 2021 he was a board member of EPAS – European Programme Accreditation – and since 2017 he is Director of the Executive Academy of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD Global Network, Switzerland) and serves on its EQUIS accreditation peer-review team as well as in AMBA accreditation processes.

He is the editor of the «International Journal of Environment, Workplace and  employment» and the Guest Editor of the Administrative Science special issue on «Innovative leaders and empowered employees: insights into the future of work». He advises both startups and corporations in how to embrace/avoid disruption in their given industries. He is a recurring author in newspapers and media outlets such as El Periódico, La Vanguardia or Global Focus among others.

He is also the Director of the Executive Academy of the EFMD Global and serves on its EQUIS accreditation peer-review team as well as in AMBA accreditation processes. He serves on the International Advisory Boards of seven different institutions in France, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, India and Spain.
